This usually happen if you had a subscription and you have paid the invoice for the service or the product manually generating a duplicated payment or you have created a second subscription for the same service, or also it happen when you click twice the "Pay" button in the system while the payment processor is processing your payment. There are many situations where this could happen.

In this case our clients system automatically create a credit in your account which will be deducted from future payments.

If you want have this double payment refunded to the used payment source (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account), we will proceed to refund it deducting the administrative fees from the total.

Administrative fees vary case by case so if you request a refund for this cause we will inform you about it.

Avoid duplicated payment situation. If you are not sure if you have an active subscription for a service or you receive any error during the payment process please contact us before any other action.
