Sometimes clients pay twice wrongly cause there is a subscription already for the service and they pay manually the invoice and then the subscription go through as well. Also many times clients hit twice the Pay button while the payment processor is processing the payment.


In this case our system automatically create a credit in the client account which will be deducted from future payments.


If the client want have this double payment refunded to the CC or PayPal account, we will proceed to refund it deducting the administrative fees from the total.


Administrative fees vary case by case so if you request a refund for this cause we will inform you about it.


To avoid duplicated payment situations if you are not sure if you have an active subscription for a service or you have received a blank page or any other error during the payment process please contact us before any other action.
