If you have paid your invoice and it continue showing as unpaid, please open a support ticket in the Sales department including the payment method, transaction number and amount so we can verify and apply the payment to your account.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY DUPLICATED PAYMENT.

If you have paid an invoice twice or many times we will ONLY add the credit in our system to be deducted from future invoices, we WILL NOT refund the duplicated payment to the payment source (credit card or paypal). To avoid this situation, please do not make duplicated payments, if you had a problem paying an invoice contact us and we will resolve it.
