If you are unable to access your services like cPanel access, Webmail access, FTP access, etc. this means that you probably have your IP blocked in the server. This can happen for many reasons, most of the time is because you have attempted to login many times to the different services (cPanel, FTP, Webmail, POP3, SMTP, etc.) with the wrong login information and our security system after detecting many failed login attempts end up blocking your connection IP to access the server or the specific service.
Our security system detect your login attempts and know you ip history, using different methods including AI systems it will have your ip unblocked or may ask you to resolve a Captcha if necessary.
