In your cPanel you have a backup and restore option, if you have made a backup using this option you can restore them from the same section.

Note, the full backup can't be restored from your cPanel. That option can be restored only by the server administrator and those backups are used only to migrate an account or have a full account backup for archiving.

Independently of this, we made daily full off server backups and we are able to restore any file or dbase. If you need a restore from there please open a support ticket, fees may apply.
