This only apply to the cPanel shared hosting services.
You have two options. You can request restore your files everytime you need it and we will charge you $10 for each incident restoring the files and/or directories you specify or you can contract the Unlimited Restore Service for $5/mo which give you the advantage to request restores as many times as you need.
Note: You can't contract the Unlimited Restore Service while you have an ongoing issue and require a restore, this must be contracted previously.
