We know the situation that is being experienced worldwide and how this affects the business and finances of each home, business and company.
Due to the fact that in the last months we have detected an increase in customers who chargeback for payments for services already provided or subscriptions that they originally created and after they are charged, they have started the chargeback and how this affects our company and the services we provide, we have decided to suspend the subscriptions / automatic payments for products and services.
Remember that you can make the manual one off payment in each case from your Client Area.
In the case of services and products, our system generate the invoices 10 days before the due date, which give you 10 days to make the payment and avoid suspensions or cancellations of services.
In the case of domains, our system send notifications 60, 45, 30, 15, 5 days before the expiration date and 2 notifications after the expiration date of the domains, as well as the payment invoice 10 days before of the expiration date. Also by law, the registry send several notifications to the registrant's contact. Therefore, you have full notifications to be informed when the domain expires and to be able to make the payment in a timely manner to avoid interruption of the services associated with it.
If you have a Shared Web Hosting account, remember you can pay yearly to avoid the monthly manual payment and the yearly price has a discount, and depending the plan it can also include your main domain name registration for FREE, if you need more details please contact us.
In the case of Dedicated Servers and HA Cloud Servers services, subscriptions will be maintained and we will be in contact with each client for some details, if necessary.
We are sorry for this inconvenience, but this will help us to continue working and providing the highest quality services, as always.
If you have any question you can open a ticket from your Client Area and we will reply you quickly.
Thank you very much!
