Our system send email alerts 60, 30, 15 and 2 days before the expiry date of the domain. The domain registry also send you an alert after the domain has expired.
10 days before the expiry date the system also generate the invoice for the domain.
If you do not wish to renew a domain please disable "Auto Renew" at least 11 days before the domain renewal date, before the system generate the invoice.
The "Auto Renew" feature will only turn on/off the function in the system to generate or not the invoice for a domain renewal, will not automatically renew or not a domain name. Turning it Off will make the system does not generate the invoice for the domain renewal so use it in case you wish let a domain expires.
1- Login in your Client Area.
2- Go to the Domains --> My Domains section in the menu.
3- Click in the 3 dots icon and then in the Auto Renewal Status link.
4- Turn On or Off the Auto Renewal Status.
Note this action will make sure the system do not create the invoice for the domain, for this reason it only works if you disable it before the system create the invoice for the domain renewal.
Note: once a domain renewal invoice is paid the domain is renewed, we do not refund a domain payment because is not possible unregister or unrenew a domain name. Please read our Terms and Conditions.
