The FREE domain name with your hosting account is available ONLY if you register a new domain or transfer your existing domain in the same order process when you are buying YEARLY shared hosting and only qualify the .COM, .NET and .ORG domains extensions.
The registered or transferred domain should be the main domain name in the hosting account (can't be the addon domain, etc.)
As long as you keep your yearly hosting payment the domain will be renewed every year for FREE.
In the case of transferred domain names, we generate a prorated invoice for the hosting service to match the hosting service due date with the domain renewal date (as the domain renewal date can't be changed) to be able to provide the FREE domain, as both domain and hosting due date should match.
In the case you take the advantage of our 45 days money back guarantee for shared hosting services, and you got a FREE domain name with your service, the domain registration amount will be deducted from the refunded total amount.
In certain transactions when our Fraud detection department find a suspicious action, we may reserve the right to lock the domain name for 90 days to avoid to be transferred to another registrar.
In case of any chargeback, which means the buyer is attempting to take the money back and also keep the registered domain name without paying for it, we reserve the right to keep or sell the domain to a 3rd party.
We do not tolerate Fraud attitudes.
We do not apply a discount nor deduct any amount from your hosting fee if you decide to buy a yearly hosting service without registering the FREE domain.
