Before manually renew your domain name, make sure if there is any open invoice for the domain renewal or if the domain is included in your hosting service. If you see an open invoice for it simply paying the invoice will automatically renew your domain. If the domain is part of a hosting agreement and is provided for free, paying the hosting invoice will renew the domain name.
To renew a domain name manually please login in your Client Area.
1- Login in your Client Area.
2- Go to the Domains --> My Domains section in the menu.
3- Click in the 3 dots icon and then in the Renew link.
4- Select the renewal period and then click the Add to Cart button and then the Checkout button. The system will generate the invoice for the domain renewal, simply proceed to pay it and you will have your domain renewed.
