MySQL 5.6 is reaching end of life on February 5, 2021
The MySQL developers announced the end of life for the MySQL 5.6 version on February 5, 2021. This means that version will not be supported after that date.To keep our cPanel Shared Hosting servers up to date and secure we will proceed to upgrade the MySQL server on them to MySQL 5.7.
